My client was an independent author preparing to launch their debut book. The main goal was to design a clean, engaging landing page to promote the book, highlight the synopsis, and drive pre-orders and email sign-ups. The client also wanted the design to reflect the tone of the book while remaining simple and easy to navigate.
A key challenge was the limited visual content — only a draft cover was available, with no additional media. We also had a tight deadline due to an upcoming marketing campaign.
To address this, i used a minimalist design approach that emphasized typography and layout, supported by high-quality royalty-free imagery aligned with the book’s theme. I built the page to be responsive, optimized for speed, and integrated with an email capture system and pre-order buttons.
The landing page launched on time, and within seven days, the author gained over 500 subscribers and saw strong pre-order numbers. The client was extremely satisfied with both the design and the results.
